The Consolidated Fund funds HM Armed Forces, HM Special Forces, HM Ministry of Defence (MOD), 77th Brigade, MI5, MI6, Government Communications Head Quarters (G.C.H.Q.), Defence Intelligence, etc.
Sharon Gallagher, formerly of the Department of Health, has now has jumped ship to the Department of Finance.
Incedentally, Sharon oversaw Dr Anne McCloskey’s unlawful suspension as a GP on Monday 23rd August 2021, after Dr Anne’s whistleblowing video.50 Shades of Sue Gray, Comrade Keir Starmer’s former Chief of Staff, once called the ‘lady who runs Britain’, was the former Permanent Secretary and Accounting Officer for the Department of Finance for Northern Ireland.
