Dr Anne McCloskey returns to Locked & Loaded with Guest Host Basil Valentine

7

Basil Valentine and I discuss the corruption of the court system, and the sad fact that we in the North of Ireland (known in officialdom as Northern Ireland) still live under emergency powers / Special Powers / martial law as part of CONTINUITY OF GOVERNMENT 'COG'.

Most don't realise that the "emergency" powers in the north of Ireland (Northern Ireland) regarding ‘Operation Coronavirus / COVID-19’ have been renewed every 6 months by the Northern Ireland Assembly from September 2020 to the present.

When the N.I. Assembly was suspended (3rd Febuary 2022 - to 3rd Febuary 2024) and no longer sitting, unelected "senior officers" - i.e. the Permanent Secretaries and Principal Accounting Officers for the Department of Health (N.I.) and the Department of Justice (N.I.)- allegedly extended the “emergency” powers, ostensibly enabled to do so by 'emergency' legislation - i.e. the Coronavirus Act 2020.

For the Department of Justice (N.I.), this "order" for extension of said ‘emergency’ powers was allegedly issued by "Richard Pengelly, a senior officer for the Department of Justice" [1] and husband of the current Deputy First Minister Emma Lyttle-Pengelly, who in turn also acts as a barrister-at-law and is a member of the secret society THE-HONORABLE-SOCIETY-OF-THE-INN-OF-COURT-OF-NORTHERN-IRELAND and another secret society, THE-B.A.R.-OF-NORTHERN-IRELAND.

Nothing to see here - move along please...

On the 11 March 2024, the NI Assembly voted to revoke the coronavirus / COVID-19 emergency powers regarding the Department of Health (N.I.), but retain the coronavirus / COVID-19 emergency powers for Department of Justice (N.I.), including, but not limited to, the Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunal Service (NICTS) and the use of 'SiteLink' / 'Live Links' - "digital virtual courts".

These digital virtual courts through ‘SiteLink’ deny the basic right of an accused to be physically present in the court. These deprevation of rights were enabled by way of the motion put forward by Naomi Long of the Alliance Party, acting as Minister of Justice, to retain said ‘emergency powers’ for the NICTS .

Hmmm. Why could that be? Qui bono?
